Case Studies
What we built, and what it changed.
Each engagement started with the strategy behind it, not the tool. The outcomes below are the ones measured results after the system went live.
Operations
Customer Onboarding System
Retail inventory management company
The Challenge
A 65-step onboarding process, coordinated across five teams, could not keep pace with a full pipeline. Data lived in spreadsheets, inboxes, and call transcripts, went stale fast, and silent stalls went unnoticed for weeks at a time.
The Solution
We built a database as the single source of truth, fed by Claude reading call transcripts and surfacing any change as a sourced question for a teammate to confirm before it entered the record. A Claude-powered interface then let non-technical teammates generate dashboards, tickets, and customer-facing documents straight from verified data.
The Outcome
Average onboarding time cut from 25 weeks to 3 weeks in active focus
Silent stalls dropped from 8 per quarter to 0
Throughput rose from 6 to 9 customers onboarded per quarter, on the same headcount
Demand
Content Brief Automation
Global entertainment brand
The Challenge
The client wanted to scale its blog from 4 pieces of content a month to 40, without a matching budget increase. Manual competitive, keyword, and industry research was the bottleneck, and cutting corners on that research risked the quality the content depended on.
The Solution
We led an automation build that ran competitive, keyword, and industry research in parallel, then compiled the output into a brand-approved brief template built from the client’s own content guidelines. A QA automation checks each brief against marketing and revenue goals, then flags the areas that need a human editor.
The Outcome
Brief creation time cut from 40 minutes to 4 minutes, a 10x speed increase
The same process scaled across other content clients, including MARS, Capital One, and Microsoft
Research
Trend Analyzer
Global toy manufacturer
The Challenge
Most brand marketing teams rely on lagging indicators to make decisions. By the time impressions and clicks show what worked, the trend is already peaking, and the window to act on it in ad creative, product pages, or strategy has closed.
The Solution
We led an automation build for a trend analyzer that pulled Reddit sentiment, TikTok engagement, Instagram hashtag data, and Google Trends data to surface trends with real momentum before they reached mainstream marketing dashboards.
The Outcome
Trend research time cut from 10 hours to 30 minutes
Surfaced emerging themes, including space and women-oriented product interest, that fed directly into new product launches
Client Result
A large outdoor retailer brought us in before committing to a build.
That is where most of our engagements start, with strategic clarity ahead of the build.
“Travis traveled to our main Campus in Ventura, California for a full-day workshop. Our team got a ton out of the time spent with Travis. He looked at our business strategy, process, resourcing, and planned initiatives through an objective, expert lens. We walked away with countless learnings about the AI landscape, applications to our business, and a clear roadmap for how to move quickly, but intentionally, in the ever-changing space of AI.”
